Just 100 meters behind the cottage begins a deciduous forest rich in wildlife, offering excellent opportunities for observation. Gnyazdovo is a small and quiet village in the Eastern Rhodopes, located 25 km from Kardzhali and 40 km from Haskovo. The village has a local grocery shop for basic supplies, while larger shops, supermarkets and rental services can be found in the nearby town of Kardzhali.

Please note that the only ATM in the area is in Kardzhali, and cash payments are required, as credit cards are not accepted in local shops or guest houses. At Mihaela Lake Retreat you can pay via Revolut or online banking.
